Maintenance Services
a) Maintenance of Industrial Equipment such as Generators, Boilers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Valves, Cranes, Hoists, Drives, Transmission systems, Conveyors, Actuators, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems. Others Includes flexible couplings for power transmissions, Belts and Pulley drives, Gear drives and speed reducers, Electric motors and motor control components, Industrial Batteries, Lightings and Illuminations, Industrial Air Conditioning systems, extraction and exhaust fans/ventilators, dust collecting equipment such as vacuuming machines, Industrial scaffolds and ladders, etc.
b) Maintenance of Domestic Equipment such as Generators, Air conditioners, Lightings/Illuminations, domestic wiring, Swimming pool equipment such as pumps, valves, filters, piping, etc. Alarm systems, washing machines, fans, heaters, coolers, cooking equipment, gas units, electrical earthing systems and protections, plumbing/piping, roof repairs, sewage system maintenance and treatments, doors and windows repairs, painting and decorations, carpentry, masonry, etc.
c) Maintenance Management (Planning, Processes and Policies):
i) Maintenance costs control. (Estimations of costs of repairs)
ii) Maintenance jobs planning and Scheduling
iii) Development of Maintenance work procedures, work Instructions and work orders
iv) Maintenance recruitment and incentives/wages payments.
v) Evaluation and rating of Maintenance staff.
vi) Maintenance structure and organization.
vii) Maintenance stores/warehouses and Inventory controls
viii) Development of policies such as monitoring plans and reporting templates such as: 1. Corrective Maintenance: Breakdown, Turnaround, and other forms of curative maintenance. 2. Preventive Maintenance such as monitoring plans, Preventive maintenance schedules, and condition monitoring, etc.
Fabrication and Production of Parts
1) Welding and fabrication of spare parts to feed the parts requirements of all aspects of maintenance and Allied services. They Include the following:
a) Fabrications of all kinds of spare parts for Maintenance and Allied Services.
b) Production of standard parts on conventional Machines
c) Production of special parts on customized Machines
d) Production of Plastic parts
e) Molding and casting of parts (Foundry works)
f) Other special metal forming techniques such as Die-casting, Sand-casting, Investment casting, die-forging, Rolling, Pressure casting, and Low pressure casting.
Agricultural Services
These include crop farming and raising of livestocks.
a) Farming of different types of crops such as Cereals, Legumes, Tubers, Root crops, etc
b) Raising of Live-stocks for Commercial and Consumption purposes.
c) Development of Seedlings: This is done in collaboration with agricultural research workers that specialize on the development of hybrids that will adapt/improve in our vegetation(s).
Agro Allied Services
a) Storage and Sales of grains and other food stuffs using the necessary preservatives and conditions.
b) Marketing of Fertilizers, Herbicides, Pesticides, etc that are required for Agricultural activities.
c) Marketing of Livestock for human consumption and other Industrial processes
d) Land and Properties speculations: These Include buying and selling of plots, and farm lands.
e) Property development: We develop, buy, and sale completed, and uncompleted properties, we also manage properties.
f) Other Services relating to the ones above that may be requested.
Technical Training
We provide technical training in the following areas:
a) Automotive Technology; these Include the following engine system: Exhaust, Fuel Injection, Spark Ignition, Lubrication, Suspension, Brake, Clutch, Transmission, Cooling, Air Conditioning, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, etc.
b) Automotive Body works: These Include the following courses, to mention a few: Basic Panel Beating, Hand Tools and their uses, Power Tools and their uses, Classifications of Power Tools, Body defects detection, Inspection and Acceptation, Body repairs Processes, Body repairs Methods, Body repairs Estimates, Car body Components, Body Structured Knowledge, Tracing and Cutting of Parts, Use of Damaged Dozer, Surface Preparation, Paint Components, Spray Painting Techniques, Spray Paint Material, Common Paint Defects, etc.
c) Welding and Fabrication: Courses in these Include the following: Welding Safety, Oxy-Acetylene Welding, Arc Welding, MIG Welding, TAG Welding, TIG Welding, Resistance Welding, Spot Welding, Weld Defects, Introduction to Welding.
d) Maintenance Processes and Management: Courses Include Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Benchmarking, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Plant Engineering Programme, Maintenance Key Performance Indicators, Condition Monitoring.
